Heavy Vehicle Accident Investigation
In the event of a HV accident/incident we can provide an independent review of the incident including interviewing the driver and any witnesses to ensure the relevant detail is obtained and the correct contributing factors and root causes are identified.
Heavy Vehicle Investigation Report
A comprehensive and detailed report will be prepared and provided to our client and if requested our client’s insurer. This report will clearly outline the following;
- Contributing factors
- Root Causes and;
- Corrective Actions
Cartage Contractor Chain of Responsibility (CoR) Audit
We can provide a Cartage Contractor audit process either on a regular or at cause basis. This process will assist the Principal Contractor to comply under CoR legislation in terms of doing what is considered “reasonable and practicable steps” when understanding and monitoring the compliance of your Cartage Contractor fleet.
