2. Initial written contact with the vendor/broker
3. Support with the initial F2F (Face to Face) meeting with the vendor/broker, if required.
4. Completion of CA (Confidentiality Agreement) or NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)
5. Understanding the Business IM (Information Memorandum)
6. Understanding and interpreting the Financial Management Reports
7. The formal submission of relevant questions to the vendor/broker
8. Support you with a formal “Subject to” written offer for the purchase of the business
9. Support you through the initial negotiation process
10. Assistance with the due-diligence process
11. Assistance and support with the final negotiation process
12. Assistance with the settlement process

Post-Business Acquisition

We work with you through the following.
1. Support during “post-acquisition” phase including any initial meetings with staff, suppliers and key customers (If required)
2. Set up of HR (Human Resources) policies and processes i.e. letter of appointments, position descriptions, safety & environment policy’s etc.
3. Assistance and support with staff operational and safety inductions
4. Review current business processes and procedures. i.e. operational efficiencies etc.
5. Review current procurement practices and processes to identify potential purchasing efficiencies.
6. Support you to set up and establish continuous improvement initiatives through employee engagement.
